- My discount code is not working, what can I do?
We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please note that some discount codes require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon check out to utilize the discount code. Discounts do not apply to gift cards, clearance or sale merchandise, tax, or shipping & handling charges. May also not be applied to previous orders. Limited time offers may be modified or terminated without notice. Other exclusions, terms and conditions may apply.
- Where is Kent Sportswear based?
Our office is located locally in Akron, Ohio.
- Where are your products shipped from?
We ship from Akron, Ohio and strive to ship within 1-2 business days per our shipping policy.
- Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes. Free shipping by USPS First Class Package mail is included, you can upgrade to Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, or UPS for a cost calculated on the checkout page.
- Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.
- How do products typically fit?
Most our our t-shirts are printed on a Bella Canvas 3001 garment, which generally fits true to size and is widely used in the industry. Please refer to our size chart or the size tab on each product page.
- How do I wash your apparel items?
Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low. Medium iron. Do not iron decorate. Do not dry clean. Failure to care for according to instructions is not means to return an item.
- How can I check the status of my order?
We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email.
- Can I cancel or change my order?
We generally begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason cancellations or changes to orders are rare. Contact us immediately. Otherwise returns can be initiated through our returns page.
- Can I exchange my order?
If you’d like to make an exchange, simply initiate one according to out returns page and we'll get your replacement item shipped out as quickly as possible!
- The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?
When an item or size runs out of stock it will be restocked as soon as possible, provided it wasn't an item on clearance. Please not that not all items will regularly be carried in XS, 3X, or 4X sizes. Any items pre-ordered, however, can be selected in these sizes.
- Why are so many shirts pre-order only?
We have a prolific team of artists and designers and are always eager to publicize their work as quickly as possible. To that end, new designs are available immediately at a generous 40% discount to early purchasers! Once the design is moved into production, the discount goes away also.
- Who owns Kent Sportswear?
We are a division of Collegiate Passion Brands, LLC, locally owned and operated in Akron, Ohio.
